“Perfect location in the heart of San Miniato with stunning views, authentic Tuscan charm kind staff and an excellent breakfast. The receptionist kindly gave us tips on where to go for dinner and which bottega opened early in the morning. Our room had a large window overlookimg the tower and countryside. Breakfast was very good with a variety of savoury including eggs and sweet. The bed was large and comfortable, but the pillows were too thin.”

“As others mentioned it is an older hotel but the prices are fair and the place is spotless. Breakfast was generous and the staff are fantastic. Very bike friendly as they have a place to store your bikes. Steps to restaurants, bars, shopping. Grazie!”

“This hotel is situated in the most beautiful spot. San Miniato feels like you’re stepping back in time, it’s absolutely beautiful. The hotel receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel actually looked a little dated online, but once you’re there you realise it’s simply very Tuscan in style - understated, traditional, and full of character. Everything was immaculately clean, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was much appreciated after long walks in the heat. If you’re looking for bright lights and ultra-modern luxury like Dubai, this probably isn’t for you. But if you want an authentic, traditional Tuscan experience full of charm and history, it’s perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.”
